Keystone is expanding its autoBC-enabled SmartSafe Emergency Backup driver family with new 4W and 14W models.
AutoBC is a design feature that automatically turns battery power on or puts it to sleep when the test button is held down, simplifying installation and reducing connection errors. The feature was introduced in early 2025 on our 10W SmartSafe battery backup.
The new 4W and 14W autoBC drivers complement the existing 10W model, providing a full lineup of wattages to support different fixture sizes and lumen packages. The new models replace identical non-autoBC SKUs with new part numbers, ensuring easier tracking while supplying the same proven performance.
The three autoBC models give contractors and distributors greater flexibility in meeting emergency lighting requirements across a wider range of fixture types. These models continue Keystone’s innovation in power supplies, expanding our extensive line of emergency backup solutions from power supplies to fully integrated backup fixtures.
