Keystone Technologies has added SmartCurrent FLEX Micro Case, a new, ultra-compact form factor, to its SmartCurrent FLEX family of programmable drivers. SmartCurrent FLEX Micro Case driver models are ultra-compact and fully programmable drivers designed for use in small fixtures.

Keystone downlights are getting updated. Advanta, our category-leading recessed downlight now has 5 selectable color temperatures and 5 selectable power outputs, up from 3 for each. And Circa, our wafer downlight—which blends modern edge-lit aesthetics with supreme installation flexibility—is adding to its product line with a new size and new style.

In recent years, as part of an effort to regulate mercury-containing consumer products, state governments within the United States have begun passing legislation prohibiting the sale and distribution of linear fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps, and mercury vapor high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps.

With the end of the ENERGY STAR rebate incentives to promote ENERGY STAR-certified lamps and luminaires in the marketplace, these products – including several from Keystone – will no longer use the ENERGY STAR name or mark.
