Keystone transformers offer safe and reliable solutions for effective power conversion, with three options: a high-voltage transformer that powers down from higher voltages to 277V, a low-voltage transformer that converts line voltage to a usable power source for lamps that run on 12V, and an LED-specific version.
High-voltage transformers
Keystone’s step-down transformers enable consumers to utilize common universal voltage (120-277V) electronic ballasts in applications where the main facility power is 480V. They use a precision-wound core-and-coil integrated design for effective power conversion, and are non-isolated, making them compact and lightweight compared to isolated transformers. Maximum load is 375W.
Low-voltage transformers
Keystone’s portfolio of durable, low-voltage transformers are exceptional for safely converting line voltage to a usable power source for halogen, xenon, and LED lamps that run on 12V. They’re 100% factory tested to ensure superior performance in the field, and come in a variety of form factors and maximum input wattages to fulfill a wide array of application needs.
LED-specific transformers
Our LED-specific transformer is a compact low-voltage LED driver optimized for LED MR16 lamps. It’s compatible with Keystone LED MR16 lamps as well as LED MR16 lamps from a variety of other major manufacturers.
Ideal for MR16 12V LED spotlight bulbs
Keystone Essential Series MR16 LED Spotlight Bulbs run cool and are rated for open and recessed fixtures, making them the perfect replacement for halogen bulbs. For MR16 12V LED spotlights that require a transformer, our compact, low-voltage, LED-specific transformer provides dependable voltage and optimal compatibility.
