Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Keystone Technologies and their immediate family members, household members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prizes

Promotion Period

Eligible submissions must be posted between September 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026.

How to Enter

To enter:

• Post an original video on your LinkedIn, Instagram and/or Facebook profile demonstrating a complete Sign Hero Direct Wire installation.
• Entrants are encouraged, but not required, to wear superhero attire while doing their installation.
• You can submit up to 5 (five) entries, total. Just one submission per project. Different people cannot submit the same entry, so if you’re working on a team project, please make separate videos.
• Tag “Keystone Technologies” in the post.
• Include the hashtag #BeASignHero.

Video Requirements

To be eligible, your video must:

• Feature a complete Sign Hero Direct Wire installation from start to finish. Partial installation clips are not eligible.
• Clearly show the Sign Hero Direct Wire product throughout the installation.
• Offer an effective presentation of the product’s quick and easy installation process.
• Be recorded with adequate lighting so the installation process is clearly visible.
• Be recorded in a vertical (portrait) format suitable for social media.
• Be your original work. By submitting a video, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content contained in your video, including without limitation any music, artwork, trademarks, likenesses, and other third-party intellectual property. You assume full responsibility and liability for any claims arising from your submission, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keystone Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your submitted content.”

Gift Card Prize Details

• A total of 150 (one hundred fifty) $50 gift cards will be awarded.
• Gift cards will be awarded to the first 150 entrants whose submissions satisfy all eligibility requirements based on post date.
• Keystone Technologies will review each submission to determine eligibility.
• Eligible participants will be contacted via the social media platform through which they submitted their video within thirty (30) days of their submission being reviewed and approved. Gift cards will be delivered electronically within fourteen (14) business days of the participant responding to the claim instructions. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be substituted, sold, or assigned to another individual.
• Receiving a gift card does not affect eligibility for the Grand Prize.

Grand Prize Details

• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $2,500 trip voucher. The voucher will be supplied by GWA Travel Collective.
• The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible submissions received during the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be notified through the social media site from which they submitted their video on or about December 15, 2026.
• If the selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification attempt, Keystone Technologies reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Keystone Technologies will make two (2) notification attempts before selecting an alternate winner.
• Any costs exceeding the value of the voucher, including but not limited to taxes, fees, travel expenses, transportation, gratuities, insurance, and other related expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The Grand Prize trip voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted, sold, bartered, or assigned to another individual. No prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of Keystone Technologies.”

Travel Voucher Details

• Travel must be booked by GWA Travel Collective by December 31, 2027. Actual travel can occur past booking date deadline.
• Travel can be redeemed for flights, hotels, property rentals, transportation, excursions, cruises, and trip protection anywhere in the world.
• Any costs exceeding $2,500 are at the winner’s expense.
• Voucher may only be redeemed in a maximum of two transactions with Travel Agent.
• Keystone is not the travel provider, tour operator, or supplier of any accommodations, transportation, activities or services associated with this voucher and assumers no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the booking, delivery, quality, safety, performance of the trip. This includes without limitation, any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, or other incident arising from or related to the travel experience.
• Keystone makes no warranties, express or implied regarding the voucher’s use or the travel for which it is redeemed, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from acceptance or use of this voucher. All booking terms and conditions related to the actual travel are solely between the recipient and the applicable travel provider(s).
• Lastly, the recipient agrees to all Terms and Conditions of GWA Travel Collective.

The decision of Keystone Technologies is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

Content Usage Rights

By submitting a video, you grant Keystone Technologies a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise promote the submitted content in any media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice. This license expressly includes the right to repost your submitted video on Keystone Technologies’ social media profiles, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, without additional notice or compensation.

Taxes

The winner of the Grand Prize may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC, as prize winnings are considered taxable income. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

General Terms

• Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
• Keystone Technologies reserves the right to verify eligibility and the authenticity of any submission.
• Keystone Technologies reserves the right to determine eligibility and interpret these Terms and Conditions.
• Keystone Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Keystone Technologies is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unavailable submissions due to technical issues or platform interruptions.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase necessary. To enter without using social media, submit a hand-printed 3×5 index card or written letter including: (1) your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address; (2) a detailed, step-by-step written description of a complete Sign Hero Direct Wire installation you personally performed, from start to finish; (3) a minimum of three (3) printed photographs clearly showing the Sign Hero Direct Wire product and the installation in progress; and (4) a signed statement certifying that the installation is your original work and that all photographs were taken by you or with your permission. Limit five (5) mail-in entries per person, consistent with the social media entry limit. All mail-in entries are subject to the same eligibility and video requirements described herein.
